What do I enjoy most about being a grower? I think the thing I enjoy most is that I always have a different day. Nothing is ever the same, and I always learn something new. And when I think that I know what I'm doing, Mother Nature kicks us in the legs and we start over and we learn new things and we try new things. It's very creative. It's very humbling. You become very, very patient when you're growing abalone because they are very slow. Yeah, it's just very dynamic. It's never boring.
